Within walking distance of our house the outdoor swimming pool in Piesendorf. With the Fun+gastekaart you get free entrance throughout your stay.

Weather permitting, open daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Lovely terrace with delicacies. A parasol or deck chairs can be rented for a small fee.

Aqua Gymnastics 3 times a week for €9 each, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:00 AM. Please register the night before with Susan via WhatsApp (0043 6502851432)!

Every Monday: Pilates class from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM from June 23rd to August 11th. €9 per class. Please register with Susan!

  • Natural lake in Niedernsill - Free for our guests

In the nearby village of Niedernsill is a beautiful and idyllic recreational lake: the Badensee.

There is a floating trampoline in the water and a water play area in the water.

Standup Paddles can be rented. The Restaurant de Libelle is highly recommended.

With the Fun+guest card, you get free admission throughout your stay.

Also easily accessible by narrow gauge train or by bicycle (E-bike)

  • Zellersee

The beautifully situated mountain lake of Zell am See offers all kinds of water recreation in summer.

The lake has a perimeter of 13 kilometers. You can sail, surf, water-ski, standup paddling, pedal boats and paddle electric boats.

  • At Haus Gabi

Strandbad Erlberg on the south shore of the lake you can sunbathe and swim in the sea for free. There is a large parking lot.

A restaurant with nice terrace, beach volleyball, table tennis and much more.

Dogs are unfortunately not allowed here.

  • Tauern Spa

Kaprun is home to the Tauern Spa. Haus Piesendorf is a partner of the Spa, therefore all our guests receive 10% discount on all entrance tickets. You can order the tickets directly from us, this avoids waiting times at the box office. The Tauern Spa is open daily from 9 am to 9 pm.

Day ticket for just the Spa in winter from €39.00 for adults with Sauna from €58.00.

An evening ticket from 5 p.m. to closing time from €33.50 for the Spa only. The listed prices already exclude the 10 % discount, which you get when you buy a card from us.

Family tickets are also available. The Tauern Spa is also wonderful for children. The water is pleasant and there are 2 slides. Child care is also available. All current prices are listed in the Tauern Spa brochure.

We are offering up to 8 tickets for Tauern Spa Kaprun. These tickets give access to a full day of water and sauna fun.   • Indoor swimming pool in Zell am See

In Zell am See there is a Hallenbad with sauna. Daily from 10 am to 10 pm. Price for sauna and pool is € 26.00 per adult. Admission to just the pool is € 17.10 with guest card.

Children up to 6 years old are free. And children from 6 years old pay €10.20

These prices apply only upon presentation of your guest card.

A competition pool with jumping tower 3 meters high and a diving board 1 meter high. A 67-meter dark-hole slide and a children's pool with pirate ship.

Edelstein Park

At the Edelstein Park in Niedernsill, you will find gold nuggets and 80 different gemstones from around the world at the various stations.

With traditional bowls, children can have fun in and near the emerald green streams.

Parents can watch or join the search. Food and drinks will be provided; you are not allowed to bring your own.

Dogs are not allowed inside.

Fishing in Rauris

Fishing in Rauris

If you like fishing, this is highly recommended, but it is also fun if you have never done it before. Guidance is available.

A fishing rod can be rented for €5.70 euros and you pay 2 euros for the fishing card for 1 day. Bait you can use from there. You can fish unlimitedly, but you are obliged to keep the fish you catch.

The intestines can be taken out. Even more fun is to have your own caught fish, immediately prepared by the cook of the restaurant and delicious to eat there.

Innergeschloß

A scenic half-hour route with tractor with trailer to a nostalgic village at the foot of the Großvenediger.
Lovefully look around the village and then return on foot. Also good to do with children.
A very nice walk with lots of photo opportunities.

The horse-drawn carriage was replaced a few years ago by the panorama train. It runs every hour in the Gschlößtal from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. to the Venedigerhaus Innergschlöß; it returns every half hour from the Venedigerhaus Innergschlöß to the Matreier Tauernhaus. The single fare for adults is €5.00 to the Außergeschlöß, €7.00 to the Innergschlöß; children up to 12 years of age pay €3.00; the group fare (from 20 people) is €12.00 per person round trip.

This amazing place should not be missed during your vacation. The tranquility this place exudes must be

experience. You can take a nice walk, have some food on the terrace and just enjoy.

Eisriesenwelt

A special experience, but put on warm clothes because it is cold inside.

One must have a reasonable level of fitness from the elevator it is a 20-minute walk to the cave and also in the

Maisiflitser Kaprun

At the entrance to the village is Kaprun's Alpine roller coaster with large playground with go-kart park and inflatables.

The length of the course is 1300 meters. Total sailing time from start to finish is about 12 minutes.

Children from 3 to 7 years only accompanied. From 8 years of age and a height of 125 cm only allowed in a toboggan.

Open daily, even in winter and also in bad weather.
