Haus Piesendorf
Dorfstraße 340
5721 Piesendorf

Smoking is not allowed in the apartments and rooms. There is opportunity to smoke on the covered balconies. There are smoke detectors in every room.

The furniture should not be used on the balconies. There are a few garden chairs or benches on all balconies.

After 10 p.m. at night, it should be quiet in Haus Piesendorf. Especially in the stairwell silence is required. So if you leave or arrive at night, please pay extra attention to this. In the garden and on the balconies it should be quiet from 9 p.m. onwards.

When you leave the apartment please turn off lights and close windows and doors as much as possible.

Our house is equipped with shutters, you can open and close them yourself using a button on the side.

Our house is equipped with a ventilation recovery system. 24 hours a day, dirty air is removed and fresh air is blown into the apartment. This system works only when the windows and doors remain closed.

Please separate waste as much as possible. Plastic in a separate bin, paper in a separate bin, food waste in a separate bin and residual waste in a separate bin. In each apartment there are bins with a label on them. Old paper can be put in a box in the garage.

We have a small bin for organic waste in each apartment. Use it with a green garbage bag. When the bag is full, tie it shut and leave it outside in the small green bin for organic waste. Do not mix organic waste with other materials such as plastic or metal.

The ski room is located in the garage by main entrance on the left. Here you can hang your skis on the special hanging system.

You can hang your ski boots on the ski heater. This heater goes on for 2 hours in the evening and 2 hours in the morning, so you will have dry and warm shoes every day. If your shoes no longer fit on the rack, Marco will make sure to swap them with another pair first thing in the morning. Then put the shoes next to the rack. So everyone can count on dry shoes. Remember well which skis are yours and where you put them!

We advise you to put a sticker with your name on the shoes/skis to prevent someone else from taking them with them

Please do not go to the apartments/rooms on your ski boots

For weekly stays (min. 6 nights) we will change your towels on Wednesday if you have left the towels outside your apartment in the hallway by then. Please arrive before 10am and send us an app when the towels have been deposited.

If you would like an extra towel change in the interim, please let us know. An extra towel set (1 large towel and 1 small towel) costs €2.50 per set.

If anything has gone broken in the apartment e.g. Crockery or anything else, you must report it to us at all times.

Although cleaning costs are included we still expect you to clean up the apartment i.e. put all household goods back in their original place. The dishes should be clean and dried and the dishwasher emptied. Also, the refrigerator should be emptied and garbage should be removed and disposed of separately according to the instructions above.

Do not hang wet laundry over doors or chairs, please use the racks provided for that purpose.

Use of all play items in the garden is at own risk, we are not liable for any injury to you or your child.

The washing machine may only be used with our special washing tablets. These cost 1 euro each, please put the money in the tray or pay us after your stay. We also have a washer and dryer for general use. If you would like to use these, please check with us.

We have the right during your stay, to enter the apartment at any time.

You must leave the apartment on your departure day at 10 am. In consultation you can stay longer in the apartment, if possible.
